of the main reasons behind establishing eLABs is applying
Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QC/QA) practices and
procedures, according to international standards, on all of
the member-companies’ software applications and products.
The main purpose of applying such QC/QA practices and procedures
is protecting end-users, by providing trouble-free and valuable
software applications and products that are compatible with
the major operating systems available in the market today.
Moreover, eLABs is committed to extend the necessary support
to end-users, in order to resolve any related problems that
might face end-users while using these applications and products.

| On the other hand, this world-class
QC/QA policy adopted by eLABs maintains the proper image and
reputation of eLABs and all of its member-companies in local,
regional and international markets, as a trustworthy resource
of supplying reliable and valuable software applications and
products to the market. In addition, this policy regains the
confidence in the Egyptian ICT industry that has been negatively
affected due to the existence of poor applications and products
that are not subject to quality standards. |

| Therefore, eLABs established a QC/QA
unit for applying international QC/QA standards on applications
and products, by a qualified team of engineers and developers,
in order to assure that these applications and products are
compliant with the international quality measures. The QC/QA
unit is blessed by H.E. Minister of CIT, Egypt, and headed
by Dr. Adel Khalifa, eLABs Vice Chairman. The QC/QA unit also
hosts an elite group of prominent software experts, who are
Dr. Mohamed Fahmy Tolba, Vice President of Ain Shams University;
Dr. Gamal Ali, Head of Software Quality Center, MCIT; Mr.
Magdy Khairallah, President of Software Chamber; and Dr. Mohsen
Rashwan, Professor in Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University
& eLABs Board Member. |

| The presence of the QC/QA unit,
within eLABs, assists in eliminating the reasons behind the
operational problems that the end-users might face, as well
restoring the trust in the applications and products offered
to the market. |

| Furthermore, eLABs is always keen
to upgrade the capacity of QC/QA unit on both HR and technical
levels, as well to improve mechanisms of inspection and testing,
in order to present to the local, regional and international
markets the right image of the Egyptian ICT industry, by providing
