the development and modernization of our community. Likewise,
Information Technology should be of a great value to Egyptians

working sincerely to serve the Egyptian ICT industry by

member-companies; coupling the industry with real demands and
needs of the market; providing state-of-the-art technologies
required for modernization; helping in founding an active role
of the ICT industry in the overall development of the national
economy; and increasing demand for the Egyptian ICT in both

| The roadmap of eLABs
is clear and is for maximizing exporting opportunities for
Egyptian ICT, as a major national demand; setting up rules and
mechanisms for quality standards that serving end-users, ICT
industry and society; addressing demands of modernization
required by governments in the region of the Middle East;
establishing effective and innovative distribution schemes for
Egyptian ICT products and services; extending professional
technical support and after-sales services; widening
utilization of ICT in all of economy sectors to minimize
digital divide; coordinating between developers to avoid
duplications; and strengthening mutual efforts to fulfill
strategic projects’ requirements in both local and regional
markets. |

the overall national goals meant to having a sustainable
cultural, social and economic development in Egypt and the
